Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During sale periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery times
As many of our products are sourced from international suppliers, please allow:
- New Zealand: 7-14 business days from dispatch
- International: 2-4 weeks from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary due to customs, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping rates
- New Zealand: NZ$10 standard shipping, free on orders over NZ$110
- International: flat rate NZ$32
